Zillow Directory of Real Estate Blogs

zillow logoIs Your Real Estate blog listed in the Zillow wiki?

Would you like to be listed? It is free.

  1. Go to the link below
  2. Create an account if you don’t have one
  3. Log in to edit the wiki page
  4. Find the section where your blog belongs
  5. Type in your blog name
  6. Highlight the name you enter
  7. Click the Globe add link at the top of the editor
  8. Type in your blog URL
  9. Save at the bottom of the page
  10. Test Your Link (always a good idea)

There is a section created for Local Real Estate blogs that would be perfect for many of the blogs I read on a daily basis.

Did you know that with Twenty Ten if you fill in the User Biographical info field it will put an author window at the end of each post. Be sure to get your gravatar for all authors on your site. And fill out the Bio field in the profile.

    Thanks for the tip. I tried submitting our blog using Firefox and IE, but unsuccessfully. In both cases I got the following error message:

    “Sorry, we were unable to save your changes due to network problems. Please check your network settings and try again.”

    Any ideas on what I may be doing wrong? Sounds like they problems and not me… what kind of network setting I need to check…

    It does sound like a rather cryptic message.

    Here is my best guess. It is a Directory for Real Estate Blogs.

    Your site doesn’t appear to be a blog. It appears to be a website. Since it is a directory of blogs your site would not qualify for this directory.

    thanks for the quick reply. Actually the blog I was trying to submit is http://www.scottsdaleazliving.com/news/ which is a WordPress blog. So, or they have a problem with it being in the folder… or something else… I probably can try submitting again – just the domain name and not the direct URL to the blog and see if that flies.

    I’m getting the same message. I’ve just left a message for Drew from zillow to see if he can look into it.

    So it isn’t just your site. If that is any consolation.
