Scott,

There are a couple of options here. First Take two shots of the front and combine them to get the long shot, But sometimes even that doesn't do it. I've had a few that the front of the house simply wouldn't fill the top header. In those cases I create a composite header. I put the front on one side of the header and then smaller images of the house beside it.

Here is one example where the front is one of the smaller images in the header

Greenflower is by far the best theme for this I've come across and I still use it for our listing sites.

If you want me to create a header for you zip up the images you want in the header and I can build one for you out of the shots. You can get them to me through the ReImaging Lab Upload Photos page. Skip the payment page that isn't applicable here.

Dave-
Again I am working on my single property website. As before the lab is the place to find everything! Quick question: I love, love, love the 1635 Deer Shadow road theme (greenflower), but the top picture is killing me as I don't have a wide angle lens and can't simulate anything with photo shot. After 4 hours in front of photoshop with about 60 pictures of my listing, I can't crop anything to look decent and I am not prepared to spend $300 for a new lens.

What is the name of the theme you used above on 3149 E. Macenroe Lane? Maybe I will try that instead (unless you have a better idea).

Thanks as always,
Scott

Hey Dave,

Do you think that you could do a little hand holding with me some time to help me be completely self sufficent at setting up WordPress on my own. It would be greatly appreciated and once I became proficient I would pass on the favor to someone else.

jf,

Thank you. I've spent a lot of hours in my tech carrier trying to figure out how to get software to work. I usually found it was poor documentation. That still seems to be the case, good programmers, are often poor at documentation.

I want everyone to be able to install and setup their blog or website to make it what they want.

Thanks again for dropping by the lab.

Now I can write some more.

Dave, I just want to say that you have one of the best blogs out there IMHO. Your posts are well written, easy to understand and useful beyond words. REBlogLab should be at the top of the heap.
