Do I really want this person to be writing on my site or should they be going to English class?
Hi,
I visited your site: www.tucsonazrealestateblog.com and I must say that your site has got really good and worthy information. While reading your articles I found them to be really good and informative. I am a regular visitor of your site and I have been reading them since quite a long time. I work as a content writer in many financial communities and so I was just wondering if I can do something for your wonderful site. I would like to give you an unique article of around 500 words on any of the topics like FOREX, Stocks, debt, mortgage, credit, insurance etc. I assure you that the article will be published only on your site.
The best part is I won’t be charging you a penny, but in return all I need is just one link within the article. I am also associated with few finance sites also which I keep on updating on the regular basis.
I would be really honored if I can do something for your site
Please feel free to get in touch with me regarding this anytime you want.
Looking forward for your positive reply.
If any of you want a guest post for free let me know I’ll give you the email address ![]()

Haha! Thanks for sharing the comedy. You couldn’t even make that email up if you tried. Obviously this person is challenged in the English dept. Unfortunately, there are probably a few pathetic sites out there with his/her(?) informative blog posts on them.
Im not sure which is worth, the above one or the fact that my blog continuously gets ping backs from some site in the middle east and the type is in Arabic so I have no idea whatsoever what the blog is saying about mine! I accept them because maybe I am naiive but god only knows what their blog is about.

Very funny. Why write a post and you can’t read or write proper english. Thanks for the laughs.
In all seriousness, who do you consider as guest bloggers for real estate agents? I can’t get any mortgage lenders to write anything for fear of getting in trouble and another local Realtor doesn’t make real sense. I’m lacking for ideas.
I’ve seen another one almost like that one just changed up a little bit. Oh and Shanna you can always find a Real Estate agent in another state or you can try My Blog Guest[dot] com
Very funny, he should should be in English class.
Dave, if you don’t want them to guest-blog, I want them! Their insightful way with words is exactly what I have been looking for!
Dave,
We’ve been getting multiple requests similar to this one lately. The world of spammers will just never go away thankfully wordpress is pretty easy to prevent that top of nonsense. Your in my reader
Ya gotta love it when people put in SO little effort, but want something from you. I don’t understand why they try to spam blogs that actually legit. I mean if you take the time to host your own wordpress blog and add in all the extra design & social media… don’t you think you’d know better than to just give away guest posts & links? They’d be better off to send emails to amateurs!

This whole time I thought I was special! I have received the exact same email twice now and I almost replied but now he/she is hitting you up, I feel betrayed!

Dave, It’s clear from my dealings with these types of people that they are blogging on someone else’s behalf. When you try to diplomatically enlighten them about unique, insightful content, they’re clearly uninterested and move on to the next sucker. I’d rather not post anything to my blog for awhile than junk it up with this kind of garbage. Thanks for the laugh!
They were definitely trying to hammer their point across, it felt like they were repeating themselves to try and bulk up the message also. We need to think, do we do this when we write our posts for our readers? Thanks for the post and thought.

Since these people never seem to learn, maybe the answer is to say yes, accept the article, and then don’t publish it. When they find out they did it for nothing, maybe they’ll be pissed and take you off their list?

For my general topic blogs that get a lot more traffic I get at least a few dozen of these a week. I tend to actually do what Jolenta mentioned,if they don’t take my first response seriously of asking to be removed from their list.

I go this blatant spam comment on this post a couple days ago.
The comment is actually in the spam folder and about to be flushed for what it is.
I’m posting this here so you can see a real spam comment that has nothing to do with the post itself. Gotta Love it.
